【Regarding food allergies, food dislikes, etc.】
We cannot change the menu due to food preferences.
The dinner and breakfast options offered by our hotel are made using seasonal ingredients and consist of a complete menu that can be enjoyed from appetizers to the final dish.
If you contact us about food allergies at least 3 days before your stay,
Whenever possible, we will provide dishes that have been allergen-free by changing ingredients, etc.
However, since we do not use different cooking utensils or tableware, it is not possible to completely eliminate them.
We cannot accept orders if even a small amount of the substance could cause serious symptoms.
We ask for your understanding that we cannot provide meals to customers who fall under the following categories.≫
●Those who are allergic to vegetables in general or cannot eat vegetables
●People who are allergic to fish or cannot eat fish
●Those who are allergic to chicken (including the broth) or cannot eat it
●Those who are allergic to eggs (even if they are not allowed as a binder) or those who cannot eat eggs
●Those who are allergic to or cannot eat potatoes such as nagaimo (Japanese yam) or temae (potatoes) (if the binder is not permitted)
●Those who are allergic to soybeans (including seasonings) or cannot eat soybeans
●Those who are allergic to wheat or cannot eat it
●Vegetarian, vegan and halal food
