    Rock oysters are rich in minerals such as protein, calcium, and zinc,

    The delicious firm and chewy flesh and creamy, rich flavor spreads throughout your mouth, making it incredibly tasty.
    Enjoy a seasonal kaiseki meal filled with plenty of seafood from the Sea of Japan, including one wild rock oyster per person and one red snow crab.
