About guest room

  • Q: What are the check-in and check-out times?
  • A: Check in is from 15:00 and check out is until 10:00.
    Please let us know in advance if check-in is after 18:00.
  • Q: What time is available for reservation phone (inquiries)?
  • A:We accept from 8:00 to 21:00.
  • Q: Can I use the card for payment?
  • A: Yes you can.
    However, depending on the products planned by the travel agency, you may only be charged in cash, so please check.
  • Q: Is it possible to stay with pets?
  • A: I am sorry, I will refuse it.We are introducing a nearby pet hotel, so please contact us.
  • Q: Could you keep my luggage before check-in?
  • A: We will keep you at the front desk.
  • Q: What is the time for dinner / breakfast?
  • A:Supper will start between 18:00 and 19:00.The final start is 19:00.
    Breakfast starts between 7am and 8am.
