For guests staying with pets | 1. Only small dogs weighing less than 10kg (hereinafter referred to as pets) that are registered with the local government are allowed. (External Sites:STAY WITH DOG) 2. Pets allowed must have received the rabies vaccination and be more than two weeks but less than one year old. 3. Pets that are allowed are limited to those that have been toilet trained and are well-behaved and do not bark unnecessarily, jump on the ground, or destroy the facility. 4. The maximum number of pets allowed per room is two dogs and is included in the price. An additional 5,500 yen (tax included) will be charged for each additional dog.(Up to 3 dogs) 5. Pets are not permitted in any areas of the facility except for guest rooms. When moving through parking lots, lobbies, elevators, and hallways to your guest room, please place your pet in a carrier that can fit its entire body. Please be considerate of other customers when moving around, and if riding in an elevator with other customers, please make sure you get permission from those around you. (If you need a staff member to guide you, please contact the front desk.) 6. If you leave your pet alone in the room, please use a pet cage and inform the front desk of your emergency contact information. (Maximum 2 hours / If you are away for more than 2 hours, please arrange for a pet sitter) During this period, we will not be able to accommodate requests for room cleaning. 7. If the Hotel determines that your pet is a nuisance or danger to other guests, you may be asked to move to a different room or vacate the room. 8. If your pet defecates in a place other than the toilet, the owner must dispose of the feces and urine and notify the hotel of the soiled area. 9. Please refrain from washing pets in the bathroom. 10. If any damage occurs due to a pet, you will be responsible for the actual cost of the damage. 11.
