You can choose your preferred style of Saga Beef : sukiyaki or shabu-shabu.
Breakfast includes high-quality Saga nori seaweed from Ariake Sea and Sagabiyori rice, a local variety from the Wakaki district that has been awarded a special A rating for 10 consecutive years.
We have gathered together the essential ingredients for a Japanese breakfast, including exquisite local delicacies from Saga.

    We carefully prepare each dish, focusing on "mountain seafood" such as Saga Beef and fish caught in Saga Prefecture.
    We express the changing seasons through our cuisine and convey the joy of tasting.
    Saga Beef is characterized by its beautiful marbled texture and rich flavor, making it an appealingly luxurious treat.
    You can choose your preferred style from sukiyaki or shabu-shabu.

    A typical Japanese breakfast menu is served in a wooden box.
    We prepare seasonal ingredients from From Saga Prefecture cooked over an open flame in a kamado style.
    The pleasure of eating a little at a time of different dishes is like a treasure box.
    We will treat you to a great start to your special day with carefully prepared dishes.
    *The rice takes about 25 minutes to cook, so it will be served at mealtime.
