BBQ Rental

We offer equipment rental as follows:
Please refrain from bringing in any other items.

Rental items(Partially provided)	・BBQ grill / charcoal (3kg) / grill grate / fire starter / lighter / tongs (large and small) / work gloves / fan / paper plates (shallow and deep) / plastic cups / garbage bags / aluminum plate for yakisoba ・Adding charcoal(3kg:500 JPY)
Notes	Please understand that the above rentals are "mandatory." For safety and security reasons, please refrain from bringing in any equipment or supplies, including charcoal or wood.

Precautions when using the BBQ

Please read and strictly adhere to the following points regarding BBQ and equipment rental.

1.	If you wish to hold a barbecue, please be sure to notify us in advance (at least 3 days in advance) as we will need to prepare the equipment and make the necessary notifications. Please refrain from making requests on the day.
2.	The campaign will be available from Saturday, April 18th to Saturday, October 31st. Lake Yamanakako in the first half of April and November often experiences unsettled rainy weather, and at night the temperature drops significantly (single digits to below freezing).
3.	Please use the terrace of each building to carry out this activity.There are garden tables, chairs and power outlets.
4.	The service hours (on the terrace) will be from check-in until 9:00 PM (9:30 PM from May to September). Please be considerate of neighboring residents. Also, please make sure to finish shopping and check in by 6:00 PM at the latest, and start a fire.
5.	Since it is outdoors, it cannot be held when it is raining or when rain is forecast. We will make a decision about the weather the day before, or if the weather is uncertain, by 3:00 PM on the day of the event. In that case, please purchase ingredients etc. locally afterwards.
6.	Please refrain from grilling food using a hot plate indoors. This is because the cottage is small and has poor ventilation.There is an extractor fan above the electric stove in the kitchen.) We do not offer "hot plate rentals."We also do not allow outside food.
7.	For security reasons, except for special events, entry into the facility and grounds by anyone other than guests is strictly prohibited.
8. 9.	Please prepare your own ingredients (including seasonings). Within a 6-minute drive, there is a general supermarket (Supermarket OGINO Lake Yamanakako Branch) and a butcher shop (Maruichi Takamura Main Branch, Small Supermarket Maruyoshi). There are no vending machines at this facility.
10.	Dishes, pots, frying pans and cooking equipment are all provided in the cottage.Please feel free to use it. *No saran wrap/tinfoil.
11.	Please enjoy the event with safety as your number one priority, and be sure to take sufficient care when handling fire and other materials.
