  • On the 6th of the 2019 (The 52nd) Japan Women’s Open Golf Championship, the final round was held at COCOPA RESORT CLUB Hakusan Village Golf Course and QUEEN Course in Tsu City, Mie Prefecture.
    This day's round was held in sweaty weather that couldn't be expected in early autumn.The battle for the best female golfer in Japan was as hot as the temperature.
    Nasa Hataoka and Momoko Osato started in Thailand with 15 under pars.When Hataoka, who had an unstable shot, took a step back with a 3rd and 4th consecutive bogey, Eri Okayama and defending champion who were two strokes behind, fell into the lead, Osato.However, when Hataoka came back to life with the 4th birdie, the 7th consecutive birdie.Hataoka, who increased his score by 2 with 3 birdies and 1 bogey, holed out at 69.He was crowned for the first time in two years with a total of 18 under pars.Osato lost one score and finished in second place with Eri Okayama and Yusoyeon with a total of 14 under par.Hinako Shibuno did not improve the par play and score of 1 birdie and 1 bogey, and ended the war in 7th place with a total of 9 under pars.Tsubasa Kajitani entered the overall 9th place tie with a total of 6 under pars and won the first low amateur in the third appearance.
