＜Cancellation policy＞
Up to 21 days before the departure date No accommodation fee　
From 20 days to 2 days before the departure date: 50% of the accommodation fee
The day before the departure date 80% of the accommodation fee
On the day of departure, non-participation 100% of accommodation fee

*) Cancellations during some high seasons (bon festival, year-end and New Year holidays, consecutive holidays, etc.) will be charged the full amount of the room charge one week before.
*) If you cancel up to 21 days before the cancellation fee will be charged, we will refund your deposit.However, please understand that we will charge ¥500 as a bank transfer handling fee.
