For those staying multiple nights, we offer three different types of hotpots each day, with seasonal mountain vegetables and local pickles.
Please enjoy with rice from Shinshu.

    We offer three different types of hotpots each day, using beef, chicken, and pork as the main dishes.
    (Please check plan details for meal options when making your reservation.)

    *The time may vary depending on the congestion situation.
    *If you plan to arrive after 5:30pm, please contact us as soon as possible.

    【Dinner fee】One person:2,750 yen(Tax included)
    *Reservations must be made by the day before.

    For breakfast, we offer either a buffet or a Japanese set menu depending on the availability of your room.

  • 【Regarding requests for allergies】

    ●As a general rule, we only accept changes to ingredients for those with food allergies, those who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or those who are receiving dietary advice from a doctor.
    (We cannot accommodate likes and dislikes.)

    ●If there are multiple people who need assistance, please fill out each one separately.

    ●If you would like to order allergy-friendly meals, please fill out the "Allergy Hearing Sheet" and send it by email or fax at least 5 days prior to your stay.
    Please note that to ensure accuracy, we do not accept applications over the phone.

    ●Our hotel does not provide dedicated cooking staff, cooking spaces, or kitchen utensils/furniture for allergy-friendly guests.
    Cooking utensils and fixtures are washed before use, so it is not possible to completely remove even trace amounts of substances (trace amounts of allergens) that may be attached to them.
    Even in cases where "complete removal" is required, our facility is unable to deal with trace amounts of ingredients (minor allergens).
    Therefore, if you have severe allergies or depending on the severity of your allergies, we may ask you to bring your own food.
    (If the food you bring is frozen or pre-packaged, we can warm it up in the microwave or in hot water.)

    ●Please understand that condiments that are indispensable to Japanese cuisine, such as soy sauce and miso, are difficult to eliminate as they cause allergies.

    ●Please send this sheet to the hotel at least 5 days before your stay.
    If the deadline has passed, we may not be able to respond.
    Additionally, additional charges may apply if there are changes on the day or major changes to the meal plan.
    The number of items on the menu may be reduced depending on the ingredients requested.
