After use, please leave the equipment as soon as possible and be considerate to the next customer.
■Precautions for Use・Before putting laundry in, make sure there are no dirty items or foreign objects left behind by others in the drum.
・Be sure to check inside the pockets before washing.
・For hygiene reasons, please do not wash anything that may cause a nuisance to other customers.
・Please be careful with items made of silk or linen, containing cotton batting, specially processed items, luxury items, and items not suitable for washing and drying as they may be damaged.
・Any items left in the drum may be retrieved by the next customer.After washing and drying is finished, please remove the laundry as soon as possible and check to make sure nothing has been left behind.
・If laundry is left unattended for an extended period of time and is causing inconvenience to the next guest, we will accept it at the front desk.
・If your washer or dryer is broken, please ask a member of staff.
・The washing machine is not suitable for washing large items such as futons or blankets.
・Use is limited to guests staying at the hotel.
・Washing machines, dryers, and detergents can only be used with 100 yen coins.If you do not have coins, please use the currency exchange machine on the first basement floor.
・As this is a self-service service, we cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, shrinkage, discoloration, etc.Please understand.
