Official homepage limited union members accommodation plan
- Mutual Aid Associations for Municipal Personnel across Japan,
Other national and local government employees and their families (up to the second degree of kinship *see family tree below) can stay at the member rate.
When checking in, please present your membership card or other documents that can verify your membership status.
*Please understand that the member fee is not applicable when making a reservation from the general page.
*OBs and OGs can also stay at union member rates.

・Screen or printed copy of your health insurance card registered with My Number Portal
(Screenshots from a smartphone are also acceptable.)
・"Notice of Credentials""Eligibility confirmation letter"
・Staff ID card
In addition to the above, any document that can confirm your membership will suffice.
Please note that customers who are unable to present this card will be charged the regular rate.
About accommodation use subsidy ticket
- If you have an "accommodation subsidy ticket" that can be used at our hotel,
The face value of the usage grant ticket will be deducted from the price of the plan you reserved.
*Grant tickets for co-sleeping children cannot be used.
If you wish to use the service, please confirm that our hotel is a designated accommodation facility that accepts accommodation subsidy vouchers.
Please fill out the required items and present it to the front desk upon check-in.
*Please check with your mutual aid association regarding whether accommodation subsidy vouchers are issued, how to obtain them, confirmation of designated accommodation facilities, and the amount of deductions.
