Article 11(payment)

Article 12(Cancellation / change of accommodation reservation)	If you wish to cancel or change your accommodation reservation, please contact us via the property's internet reservation system or by phone.If the guest cancels all or part of the accommodation reservation, a penalty (cancellation fee) will be charged based on the accommodation agreement established by the hotel.
