Article 1 (Scope of application)

Article 2 (Application for accommodation contract)

  • 1. Anyone who wishes to apply for an accommodation contract with the hotel must submit the following matters to the hotel.

    (2)Accommodation date and estimated arrival time
    (3) Accommodation charges (in principle, based on the basic accommodation charges listed in Appendix 1). )
    (4) Other matters deemed necessary by the hotel
    2. If the guest applies for the continuation of staying after the staying date set forth in item 2 of the preceding paragraph during staying, the hotel will treat it as having applied for a new staying contract at the time of the offer. .
    3. When staying in a "foreigner who does not have an address in Japan", as required by laws and regulations, in addition to the name, address, occupation, etc., you will be required to indicate your nationality and passport number, present your passport, and submit a copy. . However, if you do not have a copy, please accept the copy on our side.

Article 3 (Establishment of accommodation contract, etc.)

  • 1. The accommodation contract shall be established when the hotel accepts the application in the preceding article. However, this does not apply if the hotel proves that it did not consent.
    2. If the accommodation contract is established in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the application fee determined by the hotel will be paid by the date specified by the hotel up to the basic accommodation fee for the accommodation period (3 days if exceeding 3 days) I will.

The application fee is first applied to the accommodation fee to be paid by the guest in the end, and in the event that the provisions of Article 6 and Article 18 apply, it will be applied in the order of compensation after the penalty. Article 4 (Special agreement not requiring payment of application fee)

Article 5 (Rejected accommodation contract)

  • The hotel may not respond to the conclusion of the accommodation contract in the following cases.
    1. When an application for accommodation does not comply with these terms and conditions.
    2. When the room is full and there is no room available.
    3. When it is recognized that a person who wants to stay may have an act that violates the provisions of laws and regulations, public order, or good customs.

Article 6 (Guest's right to cancel contract)

  • 1. Guests can cancel the accommodation contract by applying to the hotel.
    2. If the hotel cancels all or part of the accommodation contract due to reasons that the guest should be responsible for, the hotel shall specify the due date of the application fee and pay the Except when requested, and when the guest cancels the accommodation contract prior to the payment. ) Will be subject to a penalty as set forth in Appendix 2. However, if the hotel complies with the special provisions of Article 4, paragraph (1), the hotel will ask the guest about the obligation to pay the penalty when the guest cancels the accommodation contract. Article 7 (Right to cancel the contract)

  • 1. The hotel may cancel the accommodation contract in the following cases.
    (1) When it is recognized that there is a risk that the guest may act against the provisions of laws and regulations, public order or good manners regarding accommodation, or when it is recognized that he / she has done the same.
    (2) When a guest is deemed to fall under the following a to c.

     B) When a gang or gang member is a corporation or other group that controls business activities

    (5) When the guest is clearly recognized as a contagious person.
    (6) When a violent request is made for accommodation or a burden exceeding a reasonable range is requested.
    (7) When it is not possible to stay due to a reason caused by force majeure such as a natural disaster.
    (8) When falling under the provisions of Article 4 of the Aichi Prefecture Ryokan Business Law Enforcement Ordinance.
    (9) Sleeping cigarettes in the bedroom, mischief against firefighting equipment, etc., and other prohibited items of the usage rules established by this hotel (limited to those necessary for fire prevention). ) When not following.
    2. When the hotel cancels the accommodation contract based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, there will be no charge for accommodation services, etc. that the guest has not yet received.

Article 8 (Accommodation registration)

  • 1. Guests must register the following items at the front desk of the hotel on the day of accommodation.

Article 9 (Room usage time)

  • 1. Guests can use the hotel rooms from 3pm on the day of arrival to 11am on the day of departure. However, if you stay overnight, you can use it all day except for the arrival date and departure date.
    2. Regardless of the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the hotel may respond to the use of guest rooms outside the hours specified in the same paragraph. In this case, the following additional charges will be charged.

Article 10 (Compliance with usage rules)

  • Guests must comply with the rules of use set forth by the hotel and posted in the hotel.

Article 11 (Opening Hours)

  • 1. The business hours of the main facilities of the hotel are as follows, and detailed business hours of other facilities will be announced on the website, bulletin boards in each room, service directories in the guest rooms, etc.

Article 12 (Payment)

  • 1. The breakdown of the accommodation fees that the guest should pay depends on what is listed in Appendix 1.
    2. Payment of the accommodation fee, etc. of the preceding paragraph shall be made at the front desk at the time of departure of the guest or when requested by the hotel, using currency or accommodation method approved by the hotel, credit card etc. .
    3. After the hotel has provided a guest room to a guest and it has become possible to use it, the guest will be charged even if the guest does not stay arbitrarily.

Article 13 (Our responsibility)

  • 1. The hotel will compensate for damages incurred in the event of the performance of the accommodation contract and related contracts, or in the event of damage to the guest by default. However, this does not apply if the reason is not attributable to the hotel.
    2. The hotel has insured liability insurance to deal with fires.

Article 14 (Handling when contracted rooms cannot be provided)

  • 1. If the hotel is unable to provide the guest with a contracted room, the hotel shall obtain the consent of the guest and arrange other accommodation under the same conditions as much as possible.
    2. If the hotel cannot arrange other accommodations regardless of the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the hotel will pay a compensation fee equivalent to the penalty amount, and the compensation fee will be applied to the damages. However, no compensation fee will be paid if there is no reason to be blamed by the hotel for the inability to provide guest rooms.

Article 15 (Handling of deposits, etc.)

  • 1. The hotel does not accept cash and valuables at the front desk.
    2. The Hotel shall have any damages such as loss or damage to the guest's personal belongings (including those deposited at the front desk) unless it is due to force majeure. To compensate. Article 16 (Storage of guest baggage or portable items)

  • 1. If the guest's baggage arrives at the hotel prior to staying, the baggage will be held responsibly only when the hotel accepts it prior to arrival and will be handed over when the guest checks in at the front desk. .

If a guest's baggage or personal belongings have been misplaced at the hotel after the guest has checked out, and the owner is found, the hotel will contact the owner and give instructions to the owner. However, if there is no instruction from the owner, or if the owner is not known, it will be stored for 7 days including the date of discovery and then delivered to the nearest police station.

Article 17 (Responsibility for parking)

  • Regardless of whether the key of the vehicle is deposited or not, the hotel lends the place and does not assume responsibility for vehicle management when the guest uses the hotel parking lot. However, when managing the parking lot, we will be liable for any damages caused by the hotel's intention or negligence.

Article 18 (Responsibility of the guest)

  • If the hotel suffers damage due to the guest's willfulness or negligence, the guest must compensate the hotel for the damage.

Article 19 (Disclaimer)

  • The use of computer communications within the hotel shall be at the user's own risk, regardless of whether the hotel provides wired or wireless communications or communications with peripheral equipment. The hotel shall not be liable for any damage caused to the user due to system interruption or other reasons during the use of computer communications. In addition, if the hotel or a third party is damaged due to an act deemed inappropriate by the hotel when using computer communications, the customer will be compensated for the damage.

Article 20 (Jurisdiction and applicable law)

  • All disputes arising out of accommodation contracts and related contracts under these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in accordance with Japanese laws and regulations in the Japanese court that has jurisdiction over the location of the hotel.
