  • The world's largest beehive

This beehive is the world's largest beehive with a diameter of 2m25cm, a height of 2m70cm, and a waistline of 6m60cm.
It's a two-year masterpiece, but it was completed by the joint work of 84 queen bees in 1996, 30 queen bees in 1997, 114 queen bees and 500,000 bees.
In addition, we have succeeded in letting bees draw letters by taking advantage of bees' habits through many years of research, and the word "bee" is written in the center of the beehive.
  • Matsu Zukushi

The work that spreads like a nest of pine trees entwined is named "Matsu Zukushi" A large hump-like beehive is lined up with pine branches as a support, 32 cm in width, 2.5 m in height, 27 queen bees of the yellow hornet, He made 130,000 to 150,000 worker bees manipulated.
In this work, there is a nest of bees extending upwards, and it is interesting that the bees did what they could not do against the habit of the bees.
  • World's longest beehive

Yellow hornets perform a group life centered on a queen bee, and usually make an egg-shaped nest of about 30 cm to 40 cm.
Although queen bees do not create a single nest together due to naturalization, this was completed by the joint work of 29 queen bees based on the long-term research results of our village bee researcher Asakazu Tominaga.
In May, a tree for nesting and a hut surrounding it were set up, and in June a queen bee entered and started building individual nests. In August, training was conducted to meet one queen bee over eight days. Implemented the next day, and integrated the individual nests.
After being united, all the bees have joined together to form a nest in less than three months.
