  • The world's largest beehive

This beehive is the world's largest beehive with a diameter of 2m25cm, a height of 2m70cm, and a waistline of 6m60cm.
It was a huge project that took two years to complete, but it was completed through the collaboration of 84 queen bees in 1996, 30 queen bees in 1997, and a total of 114 queen bees and 500,000 visiting bees.
In addition, from many years of research, we have succeeded in making bees draw characters, and the character "Hachi" is written in the middle of the beehive.
  • Matsu Zukushi

The work, which looks like a beehive wrapped around a pine tree, is called `` Matsu Zukushi.'' It is made up of large hump-like beehives supported by pine branches, 32cm wide, 2.5m high, and 27 queen bees of the yellow hornet. They manipulated 130,000 to 150,000 worker bees.
In this work, there is a nest of bees extending upwards, and it is interesting that the bees did what they could not do against the habit of the bees.
  • World's longest beehive

Yellow hornets live in groups centering on one queen bee, and usually build egg-shaped nests about 30 to 40 cm long.
In naturalization, queen bees do not build a single nest together, but this was completed through the collaborative efforts of 29 queen bees, based on the research results of many years of research by Mr. Asakazu Tominaga, a bee researcher in our village.
In May, we set up a nesting tree and a hut surrounding it, and in June, the queen bee moved in and started building individual nests. In August, we trained the queen bees to meet one by one over an eight-day period. The next day, the individual nests were combined.
After being united, all the bees have joined together to form a nest in less than three months.
